By ordering from www.puludesign.com you agree on following terms.

Overall

Products are sold by Pulu Design Oy, VAT ID FI21519135. We sell products to legal or private persons over 18 years old. We reserve the right to change the prices or shipping costs by changing the prices to www.puludesign.com.

Terms of return

REFUNDS
Our goal is to make you happy and proud of what you have purchased. However if you are not happy with the item, you may return it for a refund. 

All refund items must be returned in their original condition.

 All items must be shipped back within 14 days after they are received. 

The return shipping cost is to be taken care of by the customer. 

Money will be refunded within 14 days of receiving the returned item.

Please contact us by email to puludesign@gmail.com in advance if you want to make a return as we need to give you guidelines for packing and posting. If items break during the return delivery because they have not been packed properly, we reserve the right not to accept return.

Exception to returns are products that are made as custom orders, for example enlongered or shortened necklaces, as they are considered custom made according the Finnish Consumer Law.

Earrings cannot be tried on through the piercing for hygienic reasons.

All possible custom and tax fees paid when ordering outside EU are not refundable by Pulu Design. You can possibly claim them back from your country`s officials but unfortunately we cannot give you any more guidance with that.

Please include your return sheet (which you received with your order) within your return.

Ordering

Orders are placed at www.puludesign.com by shopping cart. All orders are confirmed by email order confiramtion, which explains the products, price, shipping cost and method of payment. By placing the order, customer agrees on current terms and conditions stated at www.puludesign.com.

Order Confirmation

You will receive an order confirmation by email, which will state order reference, items ordered and the final total.

If you do not receive order confirmation within an hour from placing the order, please contact us at puludesign@gmail.com so we can check your order has come through. From your user account you can check your order.

Payment Methods

Products and shipping costs must be paid when placing the order. Payment is done via Checkout Finland website. 

PAYMENT BY VISA, VISA ELECTRON OR MASTERCARDS VIA CHECKOUT FINLAND
If you want to pay by Finnish Visa, Visa Electron or MasterCard, Pulu Design is only responsible for the marketing and delivering the products. For complaits concerning payments the responsibility is on Checkout Finland. Of course we will help you finding out a solution if there occurs a problem with the payment.

Delivery time and Terms

Orders are delivered by Mail by Postal services. Your order will be sent within the next five working days from placing the order. If you need your order quicker, please contact us before placing the order to see if we are able to dispatch it quicker. Please keep in mind that quicker dispatch is not always possible, so it is crucial to check it beforehand.

In case of Force majeure, such as strikes, civil unrest or natural catastrophe,  Pulu Design cannot be hold responsible if cannot meet the delivery time.
We constantly update our shop to keep it updated but if we run out of a product you have ordered, we will contact you immediately. We reserve the right to cancel and refund items from your order that are out of stock.

All possible taxes and customs fees when ordered outside EU are a buyer `s responsibility. If you need more information on customs and taxes, please contact the authorities on your country.

Sometimes parcels get smashed on the way no matter how well we pack them. If this happens to your parcel, please make a claim to your post office.

We are open to wholesale inquires or custom orders.
